Quick Tek Machining is production, tight-tolerance production shop with 6 lathes, 3 mills and a 5 axis mill turn. This shop has one of the most powerful and capable teams in our portfolio. This is an ISO 9001:2015 certified shop with a path to AS9100 certification. This certification gives Quick Tek the ability to enter the aerospace industry and serve a more broad spectrum of customers.

Bryan Machine Services is a powerful machine shop with one of the most talented technical staff we have in our portfolio. We are able to do parts with a level of complication that some of our shops can’t do. The team here is such a powerhouse and people we can build a VERY powerful and profitable shop under. There are 3 main differentiators are: they have a sinker EDM that gives us a capability we don’t have at out other shops. The second differential is that. They have a Swiss screw machine that gives us the ability to do work that our other shops can’t handle. The last, and most powerful, is that BMS has it’s own, proprietary product. As we onboard this part to manufactures reps we will start to see a lot of work and opportunities come our way due to manufacturing this part as well as being an MRO shop for the customers that purchase it.

RBM Manufacturing
RBM is a Tool and Die shop with some of the top design talent in that area. Located right outside of Indianapolis give us great proximity to powerful customers and top tier talent. RBM has 5 wire EDM machines and is highly proficient in die design and build. The most powerful value add here is to continue to build our customer base and grow revenue. RBM is operating at about 65% efficiency give us a 15%-20% growth opportunity as we land some more high production parts.

Price Machine and Tool was purchase for a very powerful price. The machines and real estate are worth more than we bought this for - and that isn’t taking into account that this business is cash flowing. The staff here is very committed and passionate about landing new accounts and continuing to see this shop take powerful steps to grow over the next 12-24 months.
